There are many benefits to rebounding and these include Increased heart and lung capacity, Improved co-ordination and balance, Reduces stress and tension, Improved muscle tone (particularly legs, thighs, hips, abdomen and arms), Increased bone density (helping to prevent osteoporosis) and Increases energy and vitality

As rebounding doesn't put stress on muscles and joints it can be done by anyone of any age. Unlike jogging on the road, jogging on a mini-trampoline cushions the foot and doesn't put stress on joints and muscles yet still allows you to have a good aerobic workout at the same time.
What other benefits does it have?
For people who are self-conscious about going to the gym rebounding is the perfect exercise as it's done in the home there is no need to worry about what other people might think.
